Shipping Policies

EXPECT SHIPPING DELAYS
Due to COVID-19, carriers (USPS & UPS) are experiencing increased delivery times + lags on tracking. If your order hasn’t moved in over a few days or is late, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for an update. Unfortunately, we will be unable to issue you a refund for the shipping fee.

COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAYS
While we are as committed as ever to being a part of healthy lifestyles, we also understand that we are in unprecedented times. We are doing our best to maintain our shipping schedules, but we anticipate there may be delays in order processing and shipping. Due to COVID-19 safety precautions in our warehouse, orders may take 7 to 10 days to receive. WE DO SHIP WORLDWIDE.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 5 business days or sooner depending on the volume of orders. Bouquet of Perfumes processes all orders using the United States Postal Service USPS & UPS. Priority/Free Shipping orders are processed within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on the weekends, holidays will be processed the next business day.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION
Due to cardholder security, all orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address, we do not ship to alternate addresses (examples include: gift for someone, friend, or work). The billing and shipping address must be the same to avoid cancellation.

 ORDERS MAY REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Bouquet of Perfumes  , you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

PRIORITY & FREE SHIPPING PROCESSING TAKES 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS.
If ordering within the continental U.S, your order should be received within 7 to 10 business days. Once your order has left our store, we will then send out an email to you with your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours after the item has left, to track your package online with USPS.

OVERNIGHT & EXPRESS SHIPPING PROCESSING TAKES 1 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS.
If your order is placed Monday – Thursday by 10 AM EST, your order will be shipped the same day. You can expect to receive your item the next day; unless you live in a 2-day area. (Contact your local UPS to check your area).

  • Overnight and Express orders cannot be shipped to P.O Box address.
  • Orders received after 10am EST and Friday through Sunday will begin to process on our next business day.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • International Express Shipping 6 to 10 Business Days
  • International Priority Shipping 10 to 21 Business Days

You're responsible for all customs and duties fees.Bouquet of Perfumes can not anticipate these costs and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred. Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office, or U.S. Postal Service branch office, to find out what types of fees you can expect.

AFO/FPO
Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses. Typically your items will arrive 8-15 business days after processing.

UNVERIFIABLE ADDRESSES
Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed. Please use the same formatting that the USPS uses when delivering your mail. Include apartment or suite numbers and always make sure you are using the correct zip code and city.

SHIPPING TO AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS
Because cardholder security is important to us; Bouquet of Perfumes does not allow shipping to an address that is different than your credit card billing address. Any attempts to use a different address (such as a work/friend's house) will result in a pending authorization. This pending authorization will automatically be refunded within 3 to 5 business days and your order will not be processed.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received defective merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at bouquetofperfumes@gmail.com so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. We inspect every single item that comes through our warehouse to try to avoid such issues as much as possible.

REFUSED PACKAGES
If your package is refused or returned from USPS, you're responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship the package. Bouquet of Perfumes does not issue refunds nor reimburses shipping fees.

LOST PACKAGES
Bouquet of Perfumes is not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to USPS/UPS errors. Bouquet of Perfumes does not issue refunds or replacements.
